hi WW peeps!!

anw..abt the peer coaching stuff tcher talked abt it..i gonna explain to u guys..haax..

ok simple word..it is a system..whr a senior is given a junior[or more] to take care of..tt will include teachin them well etc etc etc..so..if the senior thnk tt the junior is not gd enough..the senior can ask the junior to come bak on fri to practice..but tt also mean the senior hav to come bak and coach them..dun run ard and playin ur own music..haax..u can larh..but must help them..xDxD..
